Hi Anne, whatever you are doing - please keep doing it! Minnie has been fantastic in the past couple of days – I really think the pain is easing. It is so wonderful to see her returning to her old self. She really is a miracle horse. I think that I may need you to talk to her again because she’s still too afraid to drink water from a bucket in her stable or the trough in the field (she gets all her liquid from the very wet feeds that I give her) – I think that she is worried she will choke again. Is there a convenient time that I could book for you to speak to her again. I look forward to hearing from you and thanks again. With best wishes. Carol
Good Morning Anne, Thank you for talking with Lewis and myself on Sunday 20th April. I left a frantic message as the pony was suffering badly with an undiagnosed illness. He has bad swelling to the face and was struggling to breathe. You advised him though he had a wasp / bee sting in his mouth. I am pleased to say the vet started treatment 3 days later but in the meantime we treated as you advised with Menthol crystals so he could inhale the vapour a process he allowed to happen 2-3 times a day, if I had not seen Lewis doing this I don't think I would have believed it was true. He was starting to breathe a lot better by the next day, he developed a cyst which was lanced and helped him on his way to a speedy recovery. He is still receiving treatment at the moment but is looking and feeling 100% better. Thank you for your help as I know you were very busy with you house move at this time. Thank you again, I believe you helped save this precious pony’s life. Hope you've settled into you new home. Take care we hope you speak with you soon. Mandy & Lewis
Hi Anne. We spoke about my pony Bob who had more or less been condemned by my vets due to his laminitis. You told me Bob wanted me to give him another chance, and I have. He is a fighter just as you said and has left the vets with egg on their face!! I did all the things you told me to do and more. I have had extensive farriery done and my little angel has rallied around!! Thank you so much for all you did and said to both me and Bob. I would also like to thank you for your words about Colin, the pony I lost at New Year. My loss for him is still very great. Thank you again, Kindest regards, Becky O'Neill (York) xx
Hi Anne I thought I would drop you a note to let you know how Marcus and I are getting on after meeting you at Fountain Equestrian Centre a week past Friday. Our relationship seems to have reached a new level and I feel a deeper understanding of him and his demons. He in turn seems to be more trusting and happier to work and displaying less anxiety and tension in his day to day work life. I have had him on Argent Nit (drops) for 7 days now and again he seems to have accepted this and seems to be giving him some comfort. Can you let me know the next time you are going to be at Fountain as it may be a good idea for you to see him again and see how he feels things are going. Thanks for all your help and regards Alice
thanks so much for all your help on Friday when I lost my dog . I phoned Anne late on Friday night as I was desperate my dog had ran away and after searching for hours and the darkness had got us I phoned Anne for help . She was great, she described exactly where he was and got him to me . She has been spot on with my horses so many times.
